Who Should Get Listed?

A Business Listing is ideal for:

• Business owners
• Entrepreneurs
• Professionals
• Service providers
• Community leaders

Organizations seeking professional visibility and networking within the Central Florida business community benefit most from participation.

Participation Model

IABA provides a Business Listing and sponsorship participation platform designed to support professional visibility, networking opportunities, and promotional engagement for businesses, professionals, and community organizations.

Participation on the platform is structured around business listings, sponsorship opportunities, event participation, and promotional visibility.

A Business Listing provides access to visibility within the IABA network and opportunities to engage with the broader business community through events, collaborations, and initiatives organized throughout the year.

Participation through a Business Listing does not create organizational membership status or entitlement to specific programs, governance roles, voting rights, or guaranteed benefits. Engagement opportunities may vary depending on event format, availability, and programming.

Activation & Terms

Business Listings are activated upon completion of registration and payment.

Terminology Clarification

For the purposes of the IABA website platform, all registrations, subscriptions, purchases, or renewals associated with this program are categorized as Business Listings. References by users to “membership,” “member,” or similar terms do not create or imply membership status within the organization.

Business Listing fees apply to the current calendar year (January–December). Businesses registering during the year are purchasing the current listing term. Prorated pricing or partial-year credits are not offered.

All Business Listing registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Businesses are responsible for managing their own online account, including profile information, renewal settings, and stored payment methods. IABA does not manage or modify individual user account settings.

If a user has enabled automatic renewal and stored payment information, the system may process renewals based on the user’s selected settings. IABA does not manually initiate or control these renewals.

Renewals, when enabled by the user, are processed at the current Business Listing pricing at the time of renewal, which may differ from pricing in previous years.

If a Business Listing has been used to access events, promotional opportunities, directory visibility, or any platform-related benefits, the listing will be considered active and fulfilled, and refunds will not be issued.

Use of the Business Listing for directory visibility, event participation, promotional exposure, or other platform engagement constitutes acceptance and fulfillment of the listing service.

A Business Listing provides visibility within the IABA platform, but it does not guarantee event admission, promotional placement, business referrals, or specific business outcomes.

IABA reserves the right to update participation formats, pricing structures, event programming, and platform policies as part of its ongoing initiatives. Listings may be removed or suspended if submitted information is inaccurate or does not align with professional community standards.

Participation on the platform does not establish organizational membership rights, governance roles, voting privileges, or fiduciary relationships with IABA, its board members, officers, or affiliates.
