India doesn't keep one calendar of celebration. It keeps many: the lamps of Diwali, the colors of Holi, the nine nights of Navratri, the harvests of Pongal and Baisakhi. On November 21, all of them come together in one room.
The Indian American Business Association & Chamber (IABA) invites you to its 8th Annual Holiday Gala & Awards, a black-tie evening of recognition, culture and celebration. Hundreds of guests are expected, including Central Florida's business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, elected officials, nonprofit leaders and community organizations.
Nominations are now open to recognize excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship and community impact. You can nominate a business, a leader, a colleague, or yourself. Honorees will be called to the stage on the night of the Gala.
The Gala Fashion Show is the centerpiece of the evening: a runway inspired by the Festivals of India. Casting is now open.
Traditional, contemporary and fusion styles are all welcome. No experience is needed, and participants of all ages can audition. Selected participants will walk the runway at the Gala on November 21, in front of more than 1,000 guests.
