We are thrilled to welcome you to the 6th Annual IABA Holiday Gala & Awards, happening today, Saturday, November 23rd, at the stunning Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando.

This SOLD-OUT celebration promises an extraordinary evening filled with:

Parking & Arrival Guide

🚗 Self-Parking: On-site parking is available. Follow the signs for Gatlin Ballroom D. (charges apply)
🚗 Valet Parking: For an elevated experience, valet parking is available at the main entrance (charges apply).
🚗 Bus Loop Drop-Off: Closest entry to the ballroom for convenient guest drop-off. Please note: This is a drop-off area only, and vehicles must proceed to parking afterward.

Gala Schedule

5:00 PM – Welcome Reception:

• Red carpet experience with appetizers, premium open bar, and live music.

7:00 PM – Banquet Doors Open:

• Special Dhol procession and entertainment to welcome guests.

7:30 PM – Awards Ceremony:

• Recognizing distinguished achievements.

8:30 PM – Dinner Service:

• Gourmet dishes accompanied by light background music.

9:00 PM – Recognition & Performances:

• Sponsor recognition, live dances, and a dazzling fashion show.

10:00 PM – La Hora Loca & DJ Party:

• A vibrant conclusion with DJ music and dancing.

📢 Please note: The open bar is available ONLY during the welcome reception. A cash bar opens at 8:00 PM.
