**Hurricane Ian**

As you all know Ian is a massive storm system that will cause widespread damage across Central Florida. In response to this the insurance carriers will need to bring in adjusters from all over the country. These adjusters are not always familiar with Florida Insurance Laws or the coverage afforded by your policy. Their responsibility it to document the obvious damage and make it to as many properties as they can in a single day. Having a public adjuster document and report all of the damage to your roof, exterior, interior, out lying buildings, contents, and if needed additional living expenses is paramount. There will be a limited amount of funds after a loss this big. Make sure you are not left paying for your repairs out of pocket.
