Vijay Patel, holds a Masters degree in Accounting, an MBA in Taxation and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.  He was born and brought up in Kampala, Uganda. He completed his Masters in Accounting in India and went to London to continue his studies.  He moved to New York in 1976 and joined the CPA firm of Loeb & Troper.  Vijay started his practice in 1978 with a vision to serve the Indian-American community with a professional approach. Since then, he has established a well reputable practice and clientele with dedication and reliability.

In his free time he enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering at different organizations throughout the country.  He has been involved with the Gujarati Samaj of New York for the past 25 years and has been the Treasurer for the past 14 years, and Vice President since last 2 years. Other community involvements include Vraj Dham in Pennsylvania for the past 20 years; as their Treasurer for 4 years.
